Contingency Search
This is the standard model in the industry. The fee is 25% of the candidate’s salary and no part of the fee is due until the candidate starts with your firm.
Engaged Search
Commitment is shared under this model where a portion of the total fee is paid to start the search. This is our most common arrangement and includes a flat fee by position helping us align more with your interests.
Seasonal & Contract
Many firms need to manage through periods of increases in workload (hello tax season) or for extended absences in their staff. This is an excellent solution for these and similar circumstances.
Research and Sourcing
These processes are the heavy lift at the beginning of all our engagements. Creating a talent market map, calibrating to your specific needs, finding contact information, and building effective outreach campaigns are the major processes here. This is where we ensure success.
Attracting and Qualifying
Knowing who to contact is only the beginning. Here is where execution meets persistence to deliver results and this is probably the easiest area to see our value. We have to simultaneously find out if the candidate possesses the combination of soft and hard skills you’re seeking while also helping them understand how your firm stands out in a sea of undifferentiated CPA firms.
Presenting and Delivering
There’s a lot of work before this point where you really come into the process. We all agree there’s potential at this point so it’s making sure you and the candidate find out exactly if there’s a fit. Once you decide it is, we work to make sure the offer is communicated clearly and that the candidate is fully onboard before accepting your offer.
