You might have already read a little bit about my background experience, but my job is working with you directly. My goal is t understand your needs, the qualifications you are looking for in an ideal candidate, and what makes your company unique. I communicate these needs to my researcher and sourcers, and I lead the team in our search to find the perfect candidate for you. After we have found some great potential candidates, I review them and set up times with you, so you only receive the most suitable matches for your company. My background in accounting prepared me well to understand clients’ & candidates’ perspectives better, so I can help you find the right fit.

Ashlyn joined the team in 2024, and has hit the ground running from the start. She sought out a career in recruiting and is a natural communicator. She makes connections easily and thrives in making those connections for our many clients.
